I just bought the 2" plantation blinds. nothing too fancy... Our temps are pretty mild, during the winter it can be anywhere from 30's to 70's during the day. During the summer months we get into the 90's pretty often so I agree, a good set of blinds will help with heat.

Either your builder is one-hell-of-a tree climber and you have very tall trees, or that drone makes nice work of those photos. Place is looking GREAT !!!!!!!

Yeah his drone is pretty sweet. I believe it is the Phantom 3. Unbelievable picture quality.

Damn, we basically watched this house being built in its entirety. I remember when it was just forest. Congrats Michael! I'm sure you and the wife are excited out of your minds. Now that's the way to start off the new year!!

Go grab your better half and give her a big hug. Tell her some of your tundra buddies know what she's been through.
Then tell her you've been looking at property and thinking about doing it again... lol

In 15 more years you may want your daughter in a separate building not just a wing! Just kidding, just kidding...
Congrats on the accomplishment! Hope you enjoy it for years to come.

I'm terrified of the teenage years. Not sure how I'll be dealing with boys. I hope I change with age or I can totally see myself going to jail.
