anyone re-living that which has no re-life?
I'm on the Old Blanchy server.

 

Do they have the old Alterac Valley battleground rules? I kind of miss those weekend long battles.

Tried to as a few friends play it but was never for me

 

Those battles were the best. Lots of good memories ganking stragglers in the open field with my rogue.
I think there are only three atm: wsg, AB and AV.
But leveling is like vanilla...slow molasses flavored vanilla. And it's a lot of fun. 5 man pug questing, lots of wipes, marking and cc'ing mob groups in dungeons... and slow slow leveling. Going to be a long time before I can join an AV que.

Last time I played was pre-wife - I need to watch my aggro and play sparingly

 

ya, you really need to like the grind. and burning your eyes. I was big into the pvp element, but it takes a shit ton of time to get good, and longer to get the gear

 

I liked my rogue in vanilla wow before the gigantic nerf that wrecked them for years. Then switched to a shaman once they fixed those. I'm not sure where classic wow falls TBH. I was way more into pvp during that time than pve so I never raided the old content.

I am on the Incendius server.

omg, I binged like crazy over the last week. I now have a 30 druid, a 15 rogue, and a 15 priest.

I am going to have to balance my game time with my adult responsibilities

I love the wow classic experience.

 

Well, bummer. The version of AV they're using is the one that took out a lot of NPC's and caused "the race" to kill the generals to happen. Plus dual wielding Shaman weren't in the game yet in that version either. Looks like I'm gonna pass.

you running with a group? Incedius is a pvp server right? I might have to roll a rogue over there - mine now is PVE - you horde or alliance?

mostly just solo questing, but grouping where it is necessary. I have also run a few dungeons. yes, Incendius is a pvp server. I play alliance.
my characters are:
Mandrell - druid
Madd - rogue
Phait - priest

Look me up if you create a character on that server. I don't know how much I will play during the week, but I will definitely be on this weekend.
