We send an order confirmation when you place the order and a shipping confirmation when the order ships

Typically, the shipment notifications are sent out towards the end of the day

According to my account on your website, my order is listed as backordered. Is that just a default label or will I be waiting an extended amount of time for my order to ship?

Out of curiosity when did you place your order? I’m assuming they are filling them in order received.

I checked out as a gust so I can’t check order status.

    I ordered amber on 6/23

I pre-ordered ambers by phone on June 11th. I was told I'd get a PayPal request. I later noticed that on my BD account that my pre-order didn't say amber, it said clear. I then noticed that this thread said the lights were available for order so I ordered ambers on their site. The day after I ordered from their site (Jun 29) I received a PayPal request. Now I am wondering if I effectively screwed myself by ordering from their site.

Sounds like you just effectively lost your place in line. Your order from 6/11 went unpaid so unfulfilled. Then you placed a new order 6/28

I called them to try and prevent losing my place cause my pre-order was still in the system when I called. Either I didn't explain myself correctly or they didn't care. Their CS didn't offer much guidance. Now I'll just hurry up and wait.

Sorry about any confusion. I'm not sure what happened with your orders, do you remember who you chatted with? If you PM me both order numbers I can discuss this with the team and try to get your first order date honored.

The website will say backordered until the order ships. We did receive a crazy amount of orders so we are experiencing some backorders and shipment delays.

I don't blame you guys at all, I blame me and my impatience. I'm sure there are a crazy number of orders for these lights as well all your products.

Hows the Bajas at night driving? Thinking about getting a set but worried about the glare. Looks like the cut off is not as good as the Rigid Industries lights.

Wondering about this too. I was expecting a sharper cutoff.

Any other members try this setup?

I was saying the same thing to myself last night. To me the Rigids have a way better cutoff.

I went from the Morimoto XB fogs to the RI for more light. Then went to the BD for more light hoping for a similar cutoff; it’s not.

BD is the brightest of the three. RI has the best cutoff. Morimoto is the easiest to install and aim / adjust. I’m hoping Morimoto comes out with a brighter fog.

Look at jwood562s last photo. That’s about what mine looks like. The fogs light up the area above the cutoff of the headlights. Its not a ton of light, but not something I noticed with the RI.

Maybe it doesn’t bother other drivers and was designed that way?

    So I did something.

Pros on top and sae on bottom. As you can see it’s a completely different design. Almost like having projector lenses.
    0162DC22-B83B-43CB-84BD-4A09295AA76A.jpg

Pros on passenger , sae on driver
    CC76FE09-10F3-42A0-A15A-C7194A6212E2.jpg

    Both sae’s installed
    8BED2BDD-BC13-4083-98D8-333A212481F2.jpg

As you can see the sae has a lot less glare compared to the pros. Still has some glare but it’s minimal.

I locked the AF in my iPhone to get these shots so it shows a pretty good representation of the lights lights.

Lights look good, i asked a few people ive seen on Instagram how they like them and if they had any issues with people flashing them with the lights turn on in general driving. Only a few got back with me one said he had a few people flash him and the other said he has yet to notice. I just dont want the lights to glare to much above my Hid cut off, more less worried about getting a ticket for them being on.
