2019 Tundra TRD 4X4

I realize I need a 2" thick stainless Steel ball for my 3,500 pound 5' X 8" Quad Trailer.
The only trouble I'm having is hub rise/drop.
Measurement is 17 1/2" from street to base of trailer hitch, & 18" from street to top of trailer hitch to the truck port.
Does a flat hub work here as it appears, or do I need a minor adjustment?
I'm researching which type I need before I purchase it.
