I'm 51 and going to change careers.I have worked my body hard most of my life and the last 10 yrs I have done auto detailing and home remodeling. My body just can't take it anymore,so I'm going to start selling Toyotas. What better job to have before you get to retirement age!

They sell themselves. Very little turnover at my local Toyota dealership, some of the same salesman have been there for years.

Most states have medical mary jane these days. You'll sleep like a baby with a low dose before bed. My friends out west do this. You don't have to get "Cheech and Chong" level stoned to have a good nights rest.

Hope I don’t offend anyone, Lol. I don’t want to be like anyone on this thread, I’m 54 and run 5 miles a week and still pound down more than my share of cheeseburgers! I sleep like a bear.

I'm 47, go to bed anywhere between 1-2am, up @6-7am. Always have been a night owl but never have a prob getting up in the morning. No caffeine, no pills, no smoking. I drink 1-2 gallons of water every day and I feel dam good. I can still keep up with my kids and my wife has zero complaints (that I know of).
As every year passes you must work harder to stay healthy. It just means keep up the good habits and drop the bad ones. There is a finite time left to do this so, today is a good day to start!

You will feel old if you let yourself believe that bullshit. What the mind believes, the body achieves!

That's a good point. Not many will admit it but the reason a lot(not all) of people struggle with this is lifestyle/overall health. I went to Europe earlier this year and was blown away by how fit everyone is. Even their fattest person would be considered only moderately overweight here. We are a seriously unhealthy country.

51 here, and there's good days and bad days. I run on 5-6 hours of sleep . That's if I'm wearing my Cpap, which I've been slacking. I can say the same about my colonoscopy that's due. Tighten up (Baran) Haha . As far as shows, remember Kolchak (Night Stalker) loved that show. LED FOR THE HEAD:rockband:

I take cbd oil (0% thc) to help me sleep, and it works most of the time. Without it I'm a terrible sleeper due to back pain, worn out knees and non-stop mind wondering.
