    You can marinate whole "hogs" in Worcestershire Sauce overnight and toss on the grill. You can slice them and blanch then saute in Irish butter and toss on a burger or add to stew, or make the ultimate Denver omlete.

    The small young ones would probably be great baked with the usual toppings. Haven't tried that but seems worth a shot. Small ones are the most tender and can be eaten as is. Larger one's need some prep.

    I can't f:censored:fing believe it!!! Picked up my grandson after work and stopped to grab a couple soda's, yeah right, was in the liquor store maybe 2 minutes. I walked out and noticed someone had tagged my right side rear bumper. Freaking kidding me!! Grandson said some lady hit my truck and made it "dirty"...heh...heh.. There's a daycare next door and waiting to see if they caught it on their camera. Not bad, two small dimples. DAKAR's just got bumped. Rear Ranch Hand bumper up next. This is getting old. Crappy ass drivers nowadays...did I mention I'm pissed!

    My 07 build was based upon the best bang for the $buck. It continues here. IMHO, full skids are way much more important than sliders. Skids protect vitals that if got damaged can make for a long walk. Sliders provide protection for sheet metal damage getting over those pesky large rocks. RCI skids are naturally high on my list and they will be installed soon enough. I scored a super great deal today on some Rough Country high and tight wheel to wheel 3 step Double Cab low profile steps. The bottom of the steps are not lower than the frame. If they were...a deal breaker. A hell of a lot better than the OEM steps which don't suck but not my cup of tea...upload_2019-8-20_21-55-26.jpg

    Decided today to finally tackle the broken antenna. Quite easy. Drill a small pilot hole into the broken off stud with a left hand 1/16" bit. Then use an extractor to unscrew the broken stud out. Install new antenna! Took 10 minutes tops.

    Just survived a direct monsoon hit. Lasted 1 hour. Largest hail was pea size. I haven't seen this much rain fall since the time I was in a typhoon in Okinawa in 1980....

    We had some sand bags to keep the water out of the garage. Needless to say my landlords are finally getting some cement jacking done. The whole house has settled over the years. Wake up call.

    I lived in the PNW and you do get crazy rain but not the monsoons that we get. The monsoons originate from the Gulf of Mexico and head north. Once they hit the front range here, all hell can break loose.
