You had to ask...Piss poor. Went from no snow at all to too much snow. The road to my friends property drifted up making it impassible. For some stupid reason I decided to snowshoe the mile+ up to his property just in time to see nothing. No Elk/Deer tracks. A lot of stupid rabbit tracks everywhere. Must have been a rabbit convention going on the previous night.

@ColoradoTJ I see now that this is the type of you stuff you mentioned in my new member thread. I am most definitely putting CO near the top of my trail wheeling bucket list!

No promises your body panels will still look pretty, but I will promise a good time.

We usually take some campers out for extended stays, so that makes things a lot nicer instead of sleeping in the bed of trucks all the time.

    Research:
    Carnage Canyon, Buena Vista

    21 Rd, Grand Junction

10 falls, Gypsum (if you get Crawl magazine, great coverage on this trail. Those are my friends on the cover)

Montrose trails, Montrose CO. These are some real hardcore trails out there.

    Independence trail System, Penrose CO

    Rangely, CO

Let me know if you are interested in any of these trails and making some new friends.

@ColoradoTJ damn.... those trails are as good as the hammer trails out in Johnson Valley. I am seriously considering making a Colorado trip next year after I get settled into Indiana.

Hell, I have been wanting to do the Dakota Challenge for a few years in the Badlands, SD. Those trails are insane as well.

Here are some good threads on some interesting trails:

Anytime man, the invite is open.

We don't always run the Hard Core trails either. We off-road with anyone, from stockers to Rock jockeys.

One of the trails we frequent is Carnage Canyon, Buena Vista. Once one gets out of that gnarly trail, we just link up with the other guys and run Chinamans Trail with them. Fun had by all.

I personally try to not hit pavement due to not having DOT legal tires (stickies/race compound/expensive), but I will burn up a set of tires just enjoying the outdoors.

No doubt Chris! Hell if anything I can ride biatch.
I can turn a helluva wrench to(if need be) cause by the looks of it, my old trails are very similar and usually somebody will break something...no voodoo intended lol.
Yeah keep those stickies off the pavement, but a rock face... smoke em!
Post some video if you have any.
