Good gas, keep it washed, window tint, windshield visors. Keep away from parking near buildings with lots of windows.

I kinda miss it. Been thinking about moving back.

Heat wave? That's just "summer" here :D

What area are you in? Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but I feel like this summer has been a little more mild that the last few years. Then again, I've also learned to stay inside more after 10 years. And remote start helps too.

I've had an issue with my pre-collision system malfunctioning for a few minutes if I put up my sun shade right against the front camera. I've learned that if I leave it on the inside of the rearview mirror it doesn't overheat.

Just went through a brutal heatwave in the California Valley. This truck is the only one that throws frigid air even when idling or in heavy traffic in extremely hot temperatures. Impressive.

Same here in South Carolina. It's been in the upper 90s, but silly humidity. The AC has kept up admirably and the cooled seats have been a very nice surprise. It makes me OK with the avg 12 MPG right now haha

My 2010 has no issues. I park outside no cover most days when I get in at 5 to go home the display shows 115-120.

Other than burning my hand on the steering wheel I've never had a problem with either of the Tundras I've owned since 2000.

Been in the upper 90s in VA with horrible humidity and the air isn't moving at all. Tundra does great in the heat, but my black trifold cover feels like the surface of the sun. Damn it gets hot!

Damn, that sucks, and I don't know about you, but I feel SO stupid when it happens! I know it's a million degrees, and I still manage to touch it!

 Good thing it's a "DRY" heat!

The temp is lower here, but with the humidity, we're being "steamed".

I'm visualizing your rubber weatherstrips and trim "frying" in the skillet...better slather'em with 303 protectant.
