Did you do a diff drop? If not do you think it’s necessary to do so? And last question, how many inches did you need to level the front end? Thanks man, the trucks looks great!

Rago Dash mount installed that my sister got for my birthday. Rago’s Mount follows the dash lines very well.

Are the silver circles just threaded 1/4-20? Looks pretty slick and if you can mount stuff to it without having to dismount the base, that’s proper.

Yes Sir, but not sure if it's 1/4-20. No removal is necessary. Just use the extra hardware that it came with and mount your new toys.

let us know how this works for you. I like the look of the Rago over the ICS mount but I like the idea of the ICS backer plate for additional support.

I added larger washers on the underside when installed. Rago should of included them but didn't. The mount is super solid. Seeing video of installs of the ICS under mount plate show a pretty thin plate. You could always pick up some small plate metal from lowes thats thicker and drill some holes too.

Sorry, I don’t know what those letters and numbers mean. Is that a model number of a ham radio?

No problem. It's for my aftermarket headunit since I replaced my stock radio.

Corral Hollow Trip today. Lots of fun, great views and a break from the hotter weather in the east bay.

Well, it was time for some 120k maintenance. New spark plugs are in. Old plugs were not bad at all. Rear passenger spark plug took the longest time to get off. Had to remove the wire loom off of the firewall and Air box and intake tube had to be removed.

The start of Dual Battery setup. Blue Sea ACR 7620 to charge and PC 1200 fits perfectly between the power steering reservoir and air box.

ACR and battery has been mounted. Wiring tomorrow. Not too happy about the mount from autozone. Going to look for another solution later. All other solutions are a bit crazy price wise so I’m going DIY.

SDHQ windshield washer reservoir will be ordered to replace the stock one.

Few days later the dual battery setup is done. Also had to order a hydraulic crimper for cables from Amazon.

    Dual battery part 2 complete.

fuse block holder tray. Blue Sea fuse block will be used for some bed lights and any other future upgrade that are not in the interior of the truck to run on the 2nd battery.

I returned it. Wasn't happy with the included parts. Went to Lowes and bought 2x threaded rods, matching lock nuts, washers, lock washers and wing nuts. The top battery hold down and digital volt gauge came from Amazon. The whole setup with the Blue Sea ACR performed flawlessly for 4 days in Death Valley last week.

@GiantsFanDan thank you for the parts breakdown...I haven’t looked but is there a tray to hold the battery already in the truck?

It takes place of your windshield washer fluid container. Use SDHQ replacement solution and it places it closer to your firewall.

Nice! I'm looking at going the same route. Curious...what did you do with the windshield washer reservoir/hoses after you installed second battery while you were waiting on SDHQ relocation kit?

Slight change with the sleeping quarters. Sold my Tepui Ayer2 and replaced it with a Roofnest Sandpiper hard shell.
