It's not bad at all. pretty straight forward disconnect the fender liners, unbolt the tow hooks and give a buddy some beer to help you pull the bumper off. slide the shims on and reverse your steps. I'm pretty sure there's video links on the interwebs.

I'm pretty sure they were .250" a piece so .500" per side.

I’m running a 295/60/20 Toyo AT 2. It’s a 34” tire. I added the Icon coilovers and put them all the way up to a 3” Lift along with the Camburg UCA’s. It only rubs in reverse when I’m cranked all the way. I’ll get that taken care of soon.

FYI— this looks like we all have good taste sporting the Platinum’s! Well done boyz. The question is... do I de-chrome the truck? Thoughts?

I had to push and reposition the front plastic portion of the fender area. No rub in the rear at full lock, I do have total chaos UCA. I am also cranked up at 3" and running the toyo 34" AT tires

Question. I’m going with the 3/1 leveling kit from Toytec and also thinking of going up in tire size to 295/65/20 using the same wheels that came with the TSS package. I’m I also going to need to purchase spacers or these coach builders?

Man I swear I've scoured every post possible on this topic. It's seems to be a bit of crap shoot. There does seem to be several folks running larger 20" tires (285/65 or 295/60) on stock rims with only minor plastic modifications. I bought spacers and coachbuilder shims in preparation and will sell whatever I don't use.

@bigblue14 yeah my tss came with the tss package wheels and tires 285/55/20. So when I add the 3/1 leveling kit I’m more than sure I can get bigger at least 295/65. Just want to make sure i have everything i need And I’m not having to push back plans becuz i have To order something when it can all be done in that one day.

Thanks. Does the 1/2” give you plenty of room or just enough? I was thinking cutting a shim out of 3/8” so I won’t have to stack.

I have done the CMC on my truck. But the issue doesnt seem to be at the back it touches in the front. I have pushed out the wheel liners as far as possible and it still will rub in a hard lock turn.

I no longer own this truck buuuuut this is with 295/60r20 Kanati Mud Hogs on the TSS package wheels with no spacer and a Bilstein top setting(2.7”) leveling. Rubbed a little on the skid plate til I bent up the very edge. 840D9CF3-DD93-450C-959A-511B6EF28B52.jpgB1C03B07-B702-44B9-A875-8ED1ED6BE044.jpg F1A00354-0B32-49D3-B61D-3C59B6A62D18.jpg

I have a 3/1 lift with Fuel Krank in a -12 offset 20x10. I wanted the aggressive look with overall great performance and minimal trimming. The wheels come out about 2" from the fender. With 285/55/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers it barely touches the front wheel well housing at full turn.

Here's a picture of my 2019 TRD Sport with a 3/1.5" Rough Country leveling kit, stock wheels, and 295/60r20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. I installed 1.25" spacers to increase the gap between my tires and UCA (it will be dangerously close otherwise) which also gave it a more aggressive stance. There was slight rubbing at full lock in reverse, but was easily resolved with a little heat gun work.
