Looks like the top sway bar link is pretty darn close to the lower strut collar at full lock, 1mm or less. (Fullest lock I can get solo)

Best way to make space without removing sway?

Remove it. Your ride will be MUCH improved. If you commute everyday on a windy, mountain, asphalt road then keep the sway bar. The Tundra has IFS but the sway bar hinders a lot of the benefits of IFS. Basically, it's not independent and every bump/ pot hole hit with the right side is transmitted to the left side as well. You'll be amazed how much better it will feel w/o it and with 700 lb springs the body roll is minimal.

After i put my fox's on my lower shock mount would hit the sway bar end links. My previous 3/1 spacer lift had a sway bar spacer which was the cause of that so i took it out and it didnt touch but it was still really close. I also was hearing a loud squeak when going over a bump so i took the sway bar off and no more squeak. i dont miss the front sway and am very happy without it. Just drove across country from CO to VA and it was not missed. TAKE IT OFF!

I'll also add that turning the steering wheel felt much nicer/smoother/lighter and going over bumps felt less jarring without the front sway.

She gone! Upon further inspection the upper sway link was contacting the lower coil over collar.
Went for a test ride down some twisty paved roads that turned to twisty gravel roads. I’m sold. The truck definitely feels more active on road but feels much more “planted” off road.
Thanks for the suggestions guys.

So this happened.... I pretty much had the front end,’washboard vibration tuned out completely. After lowering the front end by reducing preload and an alignment the truck was riding smooth and vibration free. Took the sway off, still riding great.
Yesterday I go to the city for a re-torque and wheel balance from the guys that did the original install .... washboard vibration is BACK! Trust me guys, this sound is not normal, and is something I was able to tune out and only have a more ‘normal’ washboard sound.

Bottom line, it was there, it was definitely gone, and now it’s definitely back. Same road, same settings.

    Over tightening?
Out of balance wheel , defect?
:annoyed: Hahahaa, this ghost has been an interesting one. o_O

Spot on, same air 29 cold 34/35 hot.
The alignment was pulling a bit to the right on the highway home. They did mention passenger front / lower cam tab was 1/4 loose. Going to re-re align tonight I’m thinking. They only balanced, no alignment, although it feels like it needs an alignment after they touched it.
Thanks for chiming back in.

The shop guys did say that after balancing the front wheels they still felt out of balance and that they’d be willing to warranty the Duratracs if it bothered me. Steering wheel feedback on road is VERY minimal, but there.
The off road performance, way off.
Just finished a 1500km off road loop before this tune up with zero vibration, lots of washboard. Huh.

Yup, PSI. Typically 35 psi once the tires are warm.

you're chasing the dragon. If you're on washboard and you get a vibration in your steering column that make a lot of noise, thats normal. Every truck will do that given the right conditions

I was worried you might say that.
And I really do appreciate the confirmation from someone with a deep understanding. I suppose I’m just frustrated that I had it tuned out on the same road with the same variables, only to have it return after a re-torque and balance. Still going to align it tonight to see if that changes anything. I’ll post results. Either way, thanks man, I appreciate it.

I think its been discussed, but the computer systems are so overkill on our trucks, the abs and traction nannies make vibrations and noise
