I'm the proud owner of a 2013 Tundra crewmax Texas edition. My question is I just bought a 2013 touch screen factory radio,to replace the standard radio. We installed the radio everything worked except XM and navigation. I tried to download entune from Toyota, won't take my vin #. Took it to the dealership they tried to help but advised since my truck didn't come with it wouldn't work. Has anyone had this issue or anything I can do to get it to work.

Might want to go over to the audio/video portion of these forums. I saw several posts about the challenges of what you're trying to do. Good luck!

Sounds like you are missing the XM tuner and an antenna for the navigation system. The XM tuner is a separate piece from the headunit, it mounts to the same bracket just below the HU. If you had the base radio HU before you won't have an antenna for XM or the Nav but one can be added.

Entune won't take your VIN because your truck wasn't originally equipped with it.
