Welcome from TX. I ended up adding swingcases to the bed to solve my storage needs. They work well, but probably not a great solution if you don’t have a bed cover of some sort.

I wish that ESP made a version of the long box storage that didn’t have the metal, locking cover (for a lower price, of course).
The longer box would be useful for storing longer things like umbrellas in under the seat.

Umbrellas? We don't need no stinking umbrellas! Couldn't help myself. Agreed, would have been a nice option. If I wasn't planning to use that space for amps, I wouldn't be selling mine. Bucks huh? My old stomping grounds. Montco now. Still get together with my buddy in Yardley every now and again.

I just did mine. That foam’s a bitch to cut through. Unless my knife sucked. What is the black plug in the center floor after you take the foam out?

You can always add a swing case.

Anyone looking, we are having a Labor Day sale, 10% off and free shipping in the lower 48 states.
Here is the deal. We could do a version without the lids, but it would probably only shave $50 off the price. The reason this is so much more than the 3 bin metal is because of the brackets. So it wouldn't be cost effective to make and stock.

Understood. Thanks for responding about this.
Any possibility that you’ll make a plastic version of this with no lids in the future?

We have a design in mind that would incorporate our current plastic three bin design with shallow long compartment at the top. Think it would only be an inch to inch and a half deep, but you would still have the three bins in the floor as well. We are working with the engineer as we speak.

That's a good price, even when you add in shipping it's only $179. I'm surprised they can go that low as it seems Swing Case controls their pricing.

I got the ESP also. HOWEVER, a couple weeks after, I saw that someone else used stainless metal trays, about 4" deep. Holes cut to the fit. AND WAY CHEAPER. They looked awesome and hold probably a little more.

I also went with molle seat covers. I got a shit ton of pouches on the back to hold more gear.

Since I recently got a shell on my crew max, I finished building my drawer/cubby in the back. The cubbies hold a ton of recovery and camping gear. The middle deck piece comes out for my meat hauling ice chest. With the middle deck piece in place, I can sleep back there from corner to corner if I want to. Still need to carpet it. Good luck with finding your storage solutions.
