Suspension- but please get from a reputable source (vendor) who specializes in this in case a question arises

    - Bull Bar - LED Bunny Burners - AMP retractable running boards - Headlight leveling retrofit - P3 Brake Controller - 60% rear seat delete - relocation of Sub to rear wall - Bilstein 5100 x4, top setting with 2 shims per side - Coach builder +2 rear shackles w/carrier bearing drop - Firestone Air bags - on-board compressor with auto-leveling - Dual Undercover Swing Boxes. - P285/65/R20 (34.6") BFG TA KO2's - TRD Front skid plate - Pop & Lock Tailgate lock - Remote Tailgate mod - LED Headlights - Nav Bypass - iPhone integration - Serius/XM retrofit - 25% front tint - Bizon electric tonneau cover - Power folding tow mirror upgrade - 2010+ leveling Headlight mod - Auto-fold mirror mod. - one-touch lane changer mod - Flash to open garage opener mod - Rigid H/L fog light upgrade - Pushbutton / Remote start mod.
Spacers limit your shock travel, making the ride harsher and impacting offload performance. Lowest cost to "level" without spacers would be Bilstein 5100s on front and coach builder shackles in back.

Suspension lift gives a better ride than spacers.
Checkout the options at Toyteclifts.com. Vendor on here that I have used a lot.

    See fine print
I have 3" LRO spacers and rear shackles and the truck rides just like stock. Keep in mind I don't do any off-roading. If I did I would also recommend coilivers.

Spacer lifts are like a padded bra whereas suspension lifts are like larger ta tas.

This times 5 million. You pay a little more out of pocket but you're increasing the capabilities, longevity, and overall quality by huge amounts.

Plus, your chances of wearing flat-brimmed hats will go down by at least 85 percent.

TC long travel. Deaver 420 SU leaf packs.
Suspension. I don't think you'll notice much difference with 33s. It's only about 1" taller than a stock 275 65 18 . It's the width that's really different, about 1.75" and that may affect steering to a small degree, wider turning radius etc. No re-gearing is necessary.
