    I watched the video, looks like it was a GM Captive Fleet Vehicle. The video is not that clear but it looks like a Michigan "M" license plate. If it is guess someone is in big trouble.

    I know that road, it's California Hwy 120, on New Priest Grade. I was on that same road later in the day coming back from Yosemite. It's a bad road for a car or truck, but fun on a motorcycle.
