Installed my retrofits over the weekend. Also painted the grill black (just the gray part not the chrome). And also put on my snow tires and wheels. Some pics:

    Look great.

How is the installation, easy or difficult?

Nice, that is the same look that I'm going to get. Would also like to know how easy it was to install or not. Look awesome, thanks!

Install was not bad, hardest part was getting grill and trim off. I had an issue with one igniter which would shut down after it warmed up, so one HID light would turn off. It took me a while to rule out the ballast and a ground issue to confirm it was an igniter. Eledobleu responded to my email quickly and helped me diagnose and he is overnighting an igniter to fix the problem. When I get it, I should be able to replace the igniter in about 30 mins (now that I am a pro at taking everything apart).

No night pics yet. As mentioned above, have an issue with an igniter, so not driving it at night until I get the replacement part from eledobleu. I have a Durango with factory projectors that give better light output than this. However, this is way better than the stock halogens. If I had to do it over again, I would pay the extra 200 for the d2s 4.0 projectors.

Yes, I did it on Saturday when it was just light rain. Sunday afternoon, the snow started. I got my snow tires on just in time.

That looks great. Seems like OEM headlights aren't that great at night? Even if they were good, I'd consider switching them out.

How much did your retrofit cost and what options did you go with?

I'm NOT GDiep but I remembered he said that he got the Better option of the Budget Retrofit ($400) plus the LED, Halo, and custom Plug 'N Play harness for the total of $590. Shipping costs another $10-$50 depending on where you live.

Wow...that is really bright. yes, the cut off can be better. that is nowhere near the pics posted in the sale thread . is that because of the ACME projector @eledobleu?

    Thanks for your help.

Okay, just an update. I ended up sending my lights back to Eledobleu to have all of it painted black and to upgrade to D2S 4.0 projectors. Eledobleu turned them around to me really fast and I just installed them today along with the LED Fogs from Retrofit group buy. Here are updated pics.

I agree with Steve, the older set up looked great! Interesting to see the shrouds painted black ... bonus points for doing something different!
