Best Lube for suspension SQUEAK diagnostic and maintenance

Howdy All,
A few questions for the crew....

Just wondering what types of grease / lubrication you would recommend for both diagnosis of suspension squeak and general maintenance of suspension. (front and rear)

*Lithium or silicone ?
*Best option for quieting RXT leaf pack ?

Turns out my squeak was the rigid light bar mount rubbing on the front crossmember.
Problem solved.

 

The leafs squeak like crazy. Hahahaha!
Any dirt in there and they get LOUD!
Tried lithium grease. Works for a bit.
Tried cleaning them out really well. Works for a bit.
Just cleaned them really well, blew them out with air and sprayed with fluid film..... not even dirty yet and still squeaky.
Haven’t tried a Teflon product yet....
I’ll post if I find anything.

 

Also, any pro tips for using MAVCOAT spray on suspension, diffs, axels ??
Gotta get the protection on before Canada winter shows up.

 

Fluid film and lithium grease seems to have helped 90% of the leaf pack squeak.
