Looking at one of these. Anyone have one?

How does it compare to other retractables?

    How water tight is it?

Trying to decide between it, Pace Edwards, and Retrax Pro MX

    Thank You

I’m trying to decide between this and the diamondback.

I went with the retrax. On my setup now I’d rather have the diamond back and keep the bed space the retrax canister takes up.

Ahhh makes sense. Checking off retrax. Still like the lxp from line x tho. Need to research them both more. Thx for the info. Just got my first Tundra and love it.

Retrax Pro MX gets my vote. Canister takes up very little room. I've never been in a situation where I thought " Damn, I wish I had just that little bit of room back right up against the cab." Even loaded to the brim for camping. On my way back from a dog show last month I stopped by a Pottery Barn outlet at the base of the grapevine. Seen a set of couches I liked so I purchased them, rolled back the cover and loaded them in. Not sure that an option with the diamond back. If you want to move large items do you have to remove the entire Diamondback cover? Motorcycles, fridge..etc. The Retrax also looks much better IMO, its flat across and matte black. The diamondbacks just look cheesy.

The Line-x cover is made by Retrax. The line-x guy told me that and I didn’t believe him so I called Retrax and they confirmed it. I have the Line-x one and absolutely love it! It’s awesome and like the other poster said, you really don’t lose much bed space. Bought another motorcycle the other day when I wasn’t planning to and was still able to fit it in the back of the truck.
