Probably not cheaper than stock, but I'm looking to run the power stop kit once I need to install brakes. Heard very good things about them.

Nice. Be sure to follow their specific break in procedure.

I helped my father in law install a set on his ram 1500 a few months ago. He was really pleased with how they performed.

Just a heads up, I had these on my 2010. The fronts warped after about a 6 months of driving after following proper break in procedure. I went back to stock rotors and have had no issues for the passed 3 years but kept the power stop pads.

Same here. Had these on my 2011 and they warped after about 6 months after following break in procedure. Mostly highway driving and braking at speed felt terrible.

I have this kit as well. I have horrible steering wheel shake when I hit the brakes at higher speeds....anything over 50 mph.

NO LONGER HAVE A TUNDRA... Waiting
I installed power stops on my Subaru Forester, they did provide better stopping performance, way better than OEM or raybesto's etc. Off course my Truck is new so I won't be needing anything for a long time but I would consider power stops next time for any vehicle if I don't go OEM.

That's the problem with most of the aftermarket stuff, I see reviews of warped rotors from at least some of the reviewers. I have the original brake parts on mine and they have the same problem so I thought I would look at aftermarket, but no dice. No clear solution.

I've done nothing but stock Oem rotors from the dealer twice and same issue after a while they seem to shake, not very bad but enough and I don't ever tow anymore or go on many mountain drives, so I thought I would give these a try and see what happens

I've got some mild shake on braking as well at 38k miles. I doubt this is a specific rotor thing.

Just checked my brakes they are brand new still will not be replacing anything after all the only issue was that the driver side spring little mechanism that is closest to the pads that is sort of V shaped broke and was squealing once in a while but I'll just now return these new set I bought I will not need them for a few years

That is about when mine started as well. It comes and goes and sometimes is worse than other times, which makes me think it is not a rotor problem but a brake pad build up on the rotor problem. I wonder if using Toyota rotors with some other type of pads may cure it. I think that is what I am going to try, but I am first going to put a dial gauge on the rotor before I pull it off and see just how true my rotor is now (if it shows high and low places then my theory is wrong and it is a bad rotor). I trust Toyota rotors more than aftermarket, especially since most of the aftermarket are made in China (no telling what grade, quality, heat treat, etc. of cast iron they are using).

I am gonna do opposite I will install oem brake pads on the new rotors that are drilled and slotted because I think that the oem brake pads will produce less brake dust that aftermarket mediocre pads

I have read that the slotted rotors may help keep the brake pad buildup off the rotor, so that may be a benefit, and drilled holes should keep it cooler and also prevent problems. I suspect that part of the problem is the rotor getting too hot and causing pad buildup or even warpage (to use the most common term for uneven rotor surface). Although, I have also read the cons to the slotted and drilled rotors is more noise.

I have not seen one rotor (factory or aftermarket) without some reviews of warpage--not one. Therefore, you fix may not be a fix. And the bad news is you really will not know if you fixed it for 10s of thousands of miles (maybe 30k). The sad thing is the factory brakes should last well over 50k, unless you are towing or otherwise doing some extreme braking. I have had cars that lasted 100k. Mine started giving me trouble in the 30ks.
