It's a 71" box. Just fit between the bed rails - maybe a 1/4" of clearance on inside of each rail. I wasn't able to use the no drill hardware, so drilled into the bed, but no biggie.

I was looking at the backside of mine yesterday and she is rusty. I’d like to remove the bumper and treat it with Ospho (rust neutralizer) and then bed line it (backside only). What are you going to do?

The bumper I'm not worried about. It was bent when I bought the truck.

Luckily I noticed the plastic before it disappeared. Plan right now is to slap some double sided tape on it and replace the bumper later.

Thank you. The fairing is separate with a few different sizes available. They attach by clamping to the roof molding:

I bought them from Autoanything but through @eccracer104. Send him a pm and he can help you out. ;)

Ok. I understand now. Your plastic step cover seems to have ripped off. You caught it in time before losing it.

Past couple days have been fine detailing the 02’. Scrubbed the carpets and they look pretty good.

Method used degreaser cut with water. Sponge applied the liquid mix and scrubbed the carpet with a stiff bristle brush. Wiped the wet carpet with a wet micro fiber to soak up the dirt wetness and repeated 2-3 times. I just focused cleaning on the soiled areas around the floor mats perimeter front foot wells.

Probably my least favorite detailing job and I need to do it soon. I also don't like cleaning the headliner.

I got my Tundra last week. Since then I have cleaned the cab, outside and engine bay. Even under the bed liner. The truck was in fantastic shape, just dirty.

Had a couple of new keys made from some high dollar blanks at the stealership as the existing key was wearing down and the back up spare was sticky and locking up. Better safe than sorry in case the back up was needed. They carry blanks based on your VIN# for a close match.

Parts girl was surprised at my newer OE after market FOB case as they don’t sell the rounded ones anymore she said.

In other news, had a leak redevelop at the rear window. I popped the rubber out and poked holes in the gasket to correspond with the lower channel gutter holes. A water test confirms proper drainage. I just think last nights tropical 8 hour downpour was too much to handle.

    A. That's what she said
    B. Where are these holes? At the bottom of the rubber surround?

    A) Yes it is.

    B) The holes are under the rubber gasket which is a one piece. You can slide your window fully open and pry the gasket out, but be careful to not pull too hard. Clean the track and poke the gutter holes. Pour some hot water in the gutter and watch the flush below the window rubber near the exterior bed rail. Fit everything back and close the window. Do the pass side track using the above steps.

    C) The rubber holes don’t align with the gutter holes as the original design relies on side cut outs. Today I aligned the newly poked rubber holes with the gutter holes. Not sure if it will help in regards to torrential sustained downpours. My prior cleaning last year has performed nicely with no leaks until today.

2.5"/1.5" level OME COILS, AAL, ARB Lockers front and rear, Softopper.
Pulled the front sway bar out. Have OME 2.5 suspension lift. Haven't noticed a thing on corners and ride is way more comfortable.

I have Front ARB lockers. Anyone know if this is more of a risk than with the sway bar on for CV axle breakage? My tires are 235/85r17 and when I turn wheeling I turn the locker off and feel for it to disengage, but the boulders are knarly where I wheel.

Did. Didn’t help. I’ve tried the stuff we have at work with
Modified from Toyota and I’ve tried some redline I had at home with modifier no luck.
