Nothing too exciting. First time doing oil change on her myself. Switched to the metal oil filter housing, fumoto drain valve, and TRD filter. Also got the motovix filter wrench, filter drain, and funnel. Gotta say I loved using that funnel. No mess and you can pour the oil in as fast as you can. Now my next oil change should be completely drip free.

Nice! Saw that Amazon had them for 2.40$ but couldn’t get them shipped to Texas based by law. Great deal!

List of things to be done: Rims, and level kit - $1750 cash $1930 credit Powder coating - $200 bumper caps Window tint - $220 Subs and tweeters - $210 Paint grille color match - $450 Katzkin Leather seats - $1400 Total - $4230
So today I installed a wireless charger into my center console lid. Sorry I didn’t take pictures. It was quite a tedious process. It wasn’t very difficult but I had to dismantle the charger and use the guts of the charger. Lots of little screws! Not to mention all the damn screws in the console lid were a PIA!

    But it works! Yay!

This weekend I will be installing two shallow mount pioneer 12” subs and an autotek 1000 watt mono block amp. Along with some new dash tweeters and a center dash 3.5” two way speaker.

I’ll eventually phase out all of my factory speakers but it’s a start.

Edit: so apparently I won’t be putting my 12s in my tundra. I don’t have enough space for them. I pulled out the rear seats and tried to fit them but it was no good. I figured since they fit with the box in my old Tacoma that they would fit in the tundra. Well, I was wrong. So now I gotta buy some new subs and box. Not sure what I’m gonna get yet but I know they will be shallow mounts.

So I'm a dumbass. Totally forgot those clips are different from the steel ends to plastic... Found the old ones in a box. Aimed fog lights last night but ran out of time to put the new bumper shells and femder liner back on. Did get the rears on though!

Nice job! The only thing you now need is the Jowett oil filter housing and drain. That makes it truly drip free. :)

Installed this trac rac from the Tacoma I traded in. Had to modify the Tacoma mounts to make it work on the Tundra. Didn’t want to use the Tundra mounts as I would lose the bed rails on the truck. I modify the mounts to use the Tundra rails.

Also changed out some exterior light bulbs to LED. Installed Weather Tech window visors.

I did the fumoto valve and metal housing my last change too. Should be a breeze to do the next oil change. I think I'm gonna cut a opening in the skid plate during the next change, I might make a door thingy, but likely just a hole. Removing the skid sucks, well putting it back on sucks.
Good work, great upgrades. I like that funnel a lot, expensive?

I just finished the SDHQ built secondary air intake pump relocation kit for some preventive maintenance. Not bad, took about an hour and a half to do only cause I needed to remove the bushwacker fender flare and inner fender liner. 5F539466-668B-4EAB-9F79-B5BF5BDBAAED.jpg

I was actually surprised when I did mine, that there wasn’t a skid plate at all. I don’t know if my truck came with one or not, and the dealership job lost it or something. I thought all tundra had at least the black skid plate. But at least it does help make it easier not having it.
