I'm so conditioned to put my seat belt on before moving any vehicle, that I will find that I've put it on even when just moving it from inside to outside the gated area at work. I do roll my eyes at myself when I realize I've done this though.

Just stays in the passenger side until someone rides in the seat, then it gets removed.

It's the cable and software the dealer uses to connect to truck. You can use it to disable the seatbelt chime or activate the factory alarm and some other things.

Uh, it def sucks to install. I'm on windows 10 which is running on parallels on my mac. The hardest part is getting the cable to read properly because the driver is 32bit and made specifically for XP 64bit. OS aside I ended up not even using the software included and followed this: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=73034

Took some fiddling with to get it. But It's up and running no problem now.

Honestly. It's not that bad. The directions seem crazy, but if you install everything in the right order it's pretty easy. For what it's worth it's pretty hard to mess up your computer.

But if you have an old XP laptop- it wont hurt. Then you'd have a dedicated TIS laptop that you can take with you to meets and stuff. You'll be the golden girl of your town. :humble:

I never have problems with stuff blowing up... I have more problems with it smashing into pieces after I throw it.

When you get it, just print out the directions and follow them step by step and be patient. Some of the steps take a little while. But it worked out for me with no issues at all.

It's coming from Bulgaria. It's finally here on the west coast. I think I should have it in the next couple of days. Not sure when I'll get to it though, I might try to finish this lift/wheels thing first.
