Im looking to get new tires and rims. I really like how 305/60/18 tires look. Also want to match them up with some Fuel Hostage Wheels (18x9 5x150 +01mm offset). Right now my 2010 Tundra 4x4 has a stock suspension. Thinking of getting a leveling kit later on but, I havent decided yet. Will this setup fit with the stock suspension? Or should I expect some rubbing?

I'm gonna say you're definitely going to rub somewhere. Closest to that size might be @bluebooboo

And if I'm not mistaken ... bluebottle is leveled 3/1.5 too and had rubbing issues. He's running a slight taller tire though, but his offset isn't quite aggressive.

And welcome to the forum Sergef!

That's not very tall tire at 32.4 inches. But that's a very aggressive offset. My guess? Not sure. You might get lucky. (every truck is somewhat different)

I've also thought about going with 295/65/18. Ive read on other forums that they fit well with no rub on stock suspension and wheels. Im just hoping that will also be the case with the offset im going with. Im willing to trim plastic if I have too, I just want to avoid any rub on mechanical parts. Anybody have any experience with 295/65/18? @chphilo @r4z0r51o @joonbug

I was looking for +10 or +12 but, those fuel hostage wheels are +1

I have on order a set of Fuel Nutz 2 piece (D251) wheels 20x9 +20mm with Toyo OC ATII 295/60 on the way (Hopefully by next week) that I expect some minor rubbing. I'm expecting that I'll have to remove some mud flaps but no CMC. My concern for you is the aggressive +1 offset. I thought about going with a +1 offset, but believe that would require the CMC which I don't want to do. Fuel make the Hostage in a +20 ... that should still have about an inch, inch and a half of tire sitting outside your wheel well.

Here's a pic of my current set up of my OEM wheels with 1.25 inch spacers which puts me at about a +28mm. These are 18x8.5 (I believe) with 275/65's. So I'd guess 18x9,+20, 295/65 would sit out another 20mm.

I was running 305/60/18 Pro comp Xtrem tires on +18 offset wheels with a 3/1 leveling kit. No rubbing unless heavy load.
running 33x12.5x18 now on same wheels. A bit more rubbing on full load when turning in reverse.

wheels offset make a big diffrence or what you can and cannot run. Choose wisely.

@r4z0r51o If the Hostages come in +20 offset, I would much rather go with those instead of the +1. I like your setup man, looks really nice.

Sergey, yes the Fuel Hostage is available in a +20 offset. If you'really not in a hurry and can wait, I'll post some new pics of my new stuff when they arrive. Maybe that will help you see what a +20 on a 9" wide wheel with a 295 will look like. At least width wise ... I can also report any rubbing issues.

I actually checked out those Fuel Nutz and Im really digging them. Maybe I'll switch it up a bit and go with 20x9 +20 Nutz and 295/55/20 Tires. @r4z0r51o

The Nutz 1 piece (D541) cost about the same as the Hostage (D531) which is also a very nice wheel. However, they (the D541) only come in the machined finish. If you want black you'll need to go with the 2 piece ones (the D251) which will cost nearly twice as much.
