I believe I've made up my mind with Fox 2.0 and SPC UCA.

Then for the rear I will either leave stock and upgrade shocks evntually with a small lift shackle or possibly some type off add a leaf system to compensate for dirt bike and weight in the bed.

Ok....more questions about the dead horse....

    Fox 2.0 Performance Series

    or

Fox 2.5 Factory Series (are they worth the extra few hundred bucks over the 2.0?)

Both non-resi unless someone can convince me its worth it to get the resis for a 99% road driven truck. Sounds like Resi setups require aftermarket control arms immediately.

Still looking for only a slight lift (level) over stock, no more than 2", and nice quality (better than OEM) on-road ride, very minimal off-roading.

    Thank you kindly!

That’s good to know to save some money.

    No alignment issues?

And why’d you go with the resis?

Well the Fox 2.0 arrived Friday. Seem like some proper equipment. Local shop recommended by a buddy has quoted me $160 to have them installed, so rather than fighting it in my garage I’ll jist have them do the install.

Can anyone link me to the proper wrench for adjusting these? Some of the 2.0 wrenches I see listed online don’t look right to me.

And what height setting do ya’ll suppose these are set at from Fox? Would like to get them close to a leveled height before they even go on the truck.

    Thanks!

Thank you for the links but if my research is correct, those are not for the 2.0 series that I have.

If I can find where would be a good spot these need to be to be level with stock rear height that would be helpful during install.

I think it’s completely different but this is my 2.5 in the front and 2.0 in the rear i fox says it comes out around 3.5-4 with 6-8 threads showing and then you can wrench turn your tundra lean if you have it. But fox could tell you how many threads for what lift.

Area 51. Batavia NY. Barely any off road there but you can definitely tell the spacer lift kit is not ideal.

Not sure if Broome Tioga is still up and running but I could be wrong.

Never been to area 51. Broome is still up, but I haven't been there in a few years, probably around 2011, man time flies!!

    That's awesome! Enjoy.

Broome used to be a national track, they haven't had one there in a long time. Last time I was there I had fun, there were some decent rocks in the track, roost dented a new pipe, chipped up a new helmet and the upper part of one of my front forks. Cost of doing business, but I prefer tracks without lovely rocks. At a different track, a buddy of mine had his nose broken from a rock in someone's roost- no thanks.

Don't go to Firestone for an alignment, all they know to do is what a computer tells them. Find a good 4x4 shop near you and pay up for a much better job when you need it. Your alignment numbers shouldn't really change much unless components fail.

Yea just sucks Ive already paid firestone for it. I talked to the shop doing the work next week and mentioned the alignment....if firestone doesn't /cant make it right I will take it back to the shop doing the install.
