Has anyone looked into Harrop superchargers? All I hear is Magnuson. Harrop produces 605hp/590ft-lb.

I think most folks are waiting due to several reasons; They're more expensive than the Magnuson TVS 1900. there's not a lot of data on them here in the US quite yet. (DAP&OV are playing with them)

Orange Virus Tuning already has available tuning for the Harrop 2650 (Magnuson, too), but it'll be a bit to really be able to supply the demand.

    https://www.ovtuned.com/collections/tundra/products/tundra-harrop-supercharger-tuned-complete-kit

    Personally, I think they're badass!

Magnuson has been used on our trucks for many years, with data to show the units reliability and newonces. Tried & true platform, with CARB approved tunes.

CAI isnt worth the money imo. For other cars you end up losing hp in some cases. Better to call them cone filters. Its pretty cool on turbocharged cars because you hear the turbo spool up Louder but a NA? Nahhh... Do an exhaust and Save up for the supercharger.

Jeff works at Right Toyota in Scottsdale, AZ. He's the one I spoke with about a year ago regarding a supercharger on mine. They built a badass supercharged Sequoia that was pushing 630hp. PM me if you want his number or just call Right Toyota and ask to speak with him if you have any questions.

I was trying to get the magnuson installed on my 2019 trd Pro before I took delivery. I called magnuson and was told that the tune hasn’t been released for the 2019. You can get it with the unichip but technically the tune has not been released

Supercharging my Tacoma in 2012 made a huge difference. I drive it to work every day. It's an unsuspecting rocket and the TRD supercharger made it possible to tow our trailer.

I thought I'd supercharge my Tundra and emailed and spoke to Magnuson about the release of the tune for a few months. But after driving the Tundra in beast mode, I think I've decided that's plenty fun. The truck is pretty fast without a supercharger. How much more would you gain? That money could be spent on some other fun mods. That's at least my thinking now.

Magnuson supercharged Elka suspension SPC UCA’s RAS HD Diamond back cover w/ Yakima HD Rack All led lights and fogs diode dyn Coachbuilder TRD Pro kit set to 3” OZ rally raid wheels - satin black 2018+ OEM smoked headlights 295/70R18 Baja boss AT Ceramic coated
Supercharge it! My first tundra was 30k+ in custom work alone - 7” lift (bds full coil overs, wheels, tires, matte black wrap - fully murdered out, custom interior, custom tunes, bumpers, lighting, sound deafening, canopy, exhaust, intake, on and on and on and on. Looked sweet, tuned heads, drove like crap!

My current truck is an upgraded leveled suspension with a supercharger. It’s so much fun to drive and can take any terrain (other than a random high clearance obstacle (1 in 1000 trips) better than my previous rigs. For what it’s worth, If I could go back in time, I would have done this same build for each truck and never done any of that other bs that does nothing but drain the wallet giving unrewarding performance free aesthetics.

Magnuson released the 2018 Tundra SC kit but they have not received the 50 state CARB certification yet. From Magnuson: NorCal dealership - Toyota Sunnyvale. SoCal dealerships - Cabe Toyota Long Beach, Toyota Escondido, among others. Spoke to RJ from Cabe and they seem familiar with the product and work. It's also on their IG page. Toyota Sunnyvale doesn't seem as educated on the product, IMHO.

A Pedal Commander is an easy way to make the truck completely unrecognizable! Removed all the throttle lag from the electronic throttle and gives you the “throw back into seat” effect

So I just got a 2020 trd pro. I’m confused. I thought you could add a supercharger to almost anything and any reputable tuner could do a custom tune no? If the locked ecu is the holdup couldn’t I just buy ecu from a 2017 or prior? And I don’t care about warranty or carb certification.

I emailed Magnuson last week asking if they were going to offer a supercharger for the 2019 and this is the response: "We are hoping to release a 2019+ Tundra system shortly however do not have a time table at the moment. The biggest issue is tuning at the moment which we are currently working on." I will wait.

I do have the Pedal Commander which does make a noticeable difference in acceleration.
