Paid 36K for my 2019 TRD Offroad Crewmax 4X4. It had been sitting on the lot for months and they needed to get rid of it.

I was at like $41,500 not including tax on my ‘18. That was SR5 Crewmax 4x4 with TSS package, powder coated 20” wheels, switched to BFG, added leather and front heated seats, power locking tailgate, spray in liner, black steps, 3/1 level kit dealer installed.

I paid 44k out the door for my 19 limited. Don't get an SR5 the resale is about 3-4k less than a limited no matter how old the truck gets. The Sr5 package you're referencing is essentially the same price as a limited. I have had both trims, and you're way way way better off with a limited.

It's also 3 to 4 k more when you buy vs. SR5 so it's a wash. Plus the interior sucked on the limited. Too gray.

This is my latest offer for a 2019 Platinum 4 x 4: Email from the dealer,

So to compare apples to apples, My truck $54,161 MSRP ( $1218 More than the one we are comparing it to), and has the 4 years of maintenance, 5 years of complimentary roadside assistance ($699) , clear paint protection($618), chrome stealth running boards($669) ,Crystal Nano tint (with Lifetime warranty $299), mudguards($199), wheel locks($49), and floor mats which I doubt will be included from other dealer(this is typically a $2000 add) me giving you a $6264 discount and 10k for your trade, Im am about $2400 off if I go with the truck in stock. We are very close:)

Out the door including taxes, title and fees: $40,944

Have not made a final decision.

Def not 3-4k more. The model OP wants is 500 dollars less than a limited. I have a black interior... and there is no gray. There's also a tan interior too.

In 2018 models I wanted a Barcelona Red tundra with black or grey interior. The interior color was too uniform/monotone with the all grey that I found. I did not see any black nor do I want all black in Arizona. Price point on average was 3 to 4k more for the limited than a "loaded" SR5...for what? The crap sound system and "leather"...and chrome that everyone wants to delete...plus in AZ if you have leather you want perforated and cooled like GM does on their Denali line. I did the math and couldnt make a Limited make sense or cents.

I'm the market for a Limited DC 4x4 5.7 with LPP and TRD ORP. I'm hoping someone here recently pulled the trigger in SoCA and willing to share pricing info.

What OTD price should I shoot for?

    TIA

How do you get a SR5 to sticker over $51? A bunch of over priced dealer adds?

Would be interested for any thoughts on good price for Platinum 4 x 4 before taxes, title, fees, and trade in, in Florida.

Yea. Dealer / Distributor adds. Fender flares, paint protection, power tailgate unlock, bed liner , etc. they piled it all on. I was happy with the deal though.

    To get an accurate idea of “the deal”, you need to break down the price like this;

    - MSRP
    - Sale Price
    - Doc Fee (which is horseshit and all profit)
    - Any other bullshit fees (if they have an add-on sticker tell them to take the extra shit off, because that’s another way they mark these trucks up and it isn’t wise to finance a black leather gear shift knob!)
    - Taxes
    - Total

Another thing, shop around (cast a wide net). I live in NC and bought mine from Ohio. Dudes met me halfway which was near VA Tech, and we met right next to the dealer that tried to fuck me on a deal. Took my pic holding the Coughlin Toyota plate with the shitty other dealer in the background and emailed them the pic. Got to visit a badass brewery in the mountains of VA then headed home.

The thing about Ohio is it’s a different region than N.C. and they had better rebates at the time (they differ by region). Plus, no Tundras in my region had the rear sensors and they wouldn’t trade out of region to get one. Typically when I buy a car, the process is around 2 months long. A lot of emailing. Glad to help, DM me if you want. I enjoy the art of the deal.

yes a price breakdown of that would be interesting. I feel like some prices listed here need a beer and a story.
