Is there a chrome powder coat? Looking at rattle can chrome but unsure if it looks good enough and holds up to frequent handling. Might go matte black...still, the Warboys are all about the chrome.

yep bank account is running low from it..
You have to use epoxy on the model... Now long as that's done in abs plastic your fine... If that's done in pla material not as strong.

You have to drill out epoxy the main hold for the shaft with 2 ton epoxy.. let cure for two days.. drill epoxy to accept the tap and the threads..

Edit the teeth are the weakest point in the model no matter how much infill you do.

You need to calibrate you settings on slicer and fine tune it if you can.

If I can stay home for more than 3 days not likely I have to do one for @ARamirez73..

Side note.. @ARamirez73 you between Ethlon tx and Finlay tx last night? I saw a crew way out there as I climbed the long hill on I 10.

Kinda is, too hot, especially for guys on ground, all closed cab machines have A/C, and when you pull out too many ties, rail is under tension and can get away from you

    cough
https://atomicfilament.com/ cough.. only from thing i will buy from Amazon when it comes to abs is hatchbox... I would never run china made plastic thru my machine.. Coming from china you dont know what all processes they are using to make it, and making the fumes worst even tho i run hepa filter system i dont want to overload it..

THo makergeek is gone and under a different name i question them now but honestly, i went tho so much of there plastic and not one jam from them tho when i quit printing 3 years ago commercially.

i am in talks to come back commercially as few customers i have had said my models where better printed. there current out sourcing is rushing though the slicer and to the machine.

@ARamirez73.. i will be home next weekend so off it goes to the machine... IF you remember how heavy yours was now it will almost be twice as heavy with the updated version i call 2.0 madmax tundra.... I might have to remote view it but it says 52 hours of printing time...
