    Yup.... Only removed the mud flaps and some plastic in the front wheel well

    Same here. 3/1 toytec lift. No spacers. Removed the little mudflap thing in the front of the wheel well. My tires are really close to my UCAs, but I don't do any hardcore offrading, so it's fine for now. My tires did rub the stock TRD O/R skid plate, but that was easily fixed by replacing it with an RCI skid. You can also bend the stock skid, since it's only slightly thicker than aluminum foil. Other than that no rubbing at all.
