Paid $1217 for them at Discount Tire in Medford Oregon, (excellent shop btw). Then jumped directly on I5 for a 300 mile trip home. Towing around 4000lb. Just stopped for lunch in Redding, computer is showing 12.3mpg even after the mountain passes. Rolling around 60-65, but mostly keeping my foot out of it. Tires are set to 40psi.
My initial impression with these are quite positive! Road noise is possibly less than the stock rubbers. A much more positive feel of the road, and they are round. Absolutely no rubbing. Next up will be a set of 1.25” wheel spacers.

Why the spacers? Do you clear the UCAs?

That might be the sweet spot, but I can’t seem to be able to find them anywhere in stock. The 1.25” are available just about everywhere.

I'm liking these tires and I haven't even taken them off road yet. Spent a few hours on the highway, took it up to 75mpr (woops didn't notice I was speeding ) the tires were so quiet. The BFGs on my last tundra droned at an annoying pitch from day one and I put up with it because "that's just the way these things are". Well, guess what, that's not the way these things are. Hope it stays this way.

Just got mine installed and went on an eight hour total road trip. These tires are as quiet as stock tires. My alignment went super easy and they handle like stock also. I almost can’t even feel a difference. Now, my MPGs do show otherwise but hopefully we all know that getting larger tires will hurt MPGs. I love these tires

I have put 1000 miles on them both dirt trails and highway and they are super quiet for a 285/75R18. These tires are super nice on the highway. Balanced easily and the alignment was super easy. I don’t understand why people want a heavier tire that’s louder and has little or
    No tread warranty.

I've got about 4,000 miles on mine now. There is some road noise, but they are much quieter than my FIL's KO2s.

The only thing that I'm not happy with is the fact that they pick up quite a bit of rocks. I'm usually picking rocks out of them at every other stop.
Admittedly I have very little experience with
all-terrains, so my expectations may be unrealistic.

These made the tires rub, so I had to push the front inner fender forward and drill new holes, (took 30 seconds) and removed the rear fenders. I’m loving the looks!

dont really notice any noise over the factory 20" Limited setup. And they are just fine on highway at 75 same as back roads at 35. When they wear out i'll be putting the same thing back on. Running the original AT3 on my 4Runner for almost 1 1/2 yrs now and they still look like new. It'll get the same shoes when the time comes unless I trade up on another tundra or sequoia .

Agreed. They are so quiet on the highway and city roads they sound like the stock tires. I still do not understand why more people are not running these. 60K warranty, much lighter than other similar tires, etc....

Put some AT3 XLT's on my work truck a few weeks ago. They look great and ride even better.

Got them at NTB. The manager and installer were even excited for me. LOL

I’m at 40f 36r, cold. Based off the chalk test, and the 2-3 degree temperature increase between cold and hot test.

I was intially set at 45 but that felt too high even though my chaulk test was inconclusive. I'm at 59 all around and it feels much better.

Probably only about 5000 miles on them but I'm happy with them so far. They're quieter on the highway than my Nitto G2s were.

Anyone know the difference in the XLT vs 4S? From what I have been able to find they both have the same snow rating. Would the 4S be the better choice for winter?

I think the main difference is the aggressive sidewall of the xlt. The tread patterns are remarkably similar.
