Got into a fight with some skinhead dude for no reason other than he was trippin our on something and attacked me - we ended up locked together in my front seat after he started throwing punches & I swung back and then pulled him and locked my arms and legs around him. I think this is my blood on the center console

Edit: Story - was literally minding my own business, in Elsinore, and he came up from the street and started asking questions and wanting to see everything in my truck...I was halfway on my seat and I turned back to him to catch his fist with my skull a few times before I fought him off and locked him down meanwhile wishing I had scooted the seat back more

I had my gun but I didn’t want to shoot him, he was unarmed, @pvmike i did do some damage as he did to me, In the end we both walked away, I do think he was gonna try and knock me out and take the whole truck. Tbh I haven’t been in a fight like that in probably 20 years so it was really exciting and scary, and my face hurts a bit lol

Edit: Also he was a pretty scary dude, talking about how he won’t go back to jail and swasticas all over him so I was intimidated and a bit nervous when he walked up to me

You must be a tough sumbitch too if he couldn't take you out with a sucker punch. Make sure you take it easy - I'm sure you're going to be super sore after the adrenaline wears off!

Haha! I’m sore for sure. He got me three times before I recollected and started swinging back ... in fact he did compliment me on how well I took a punch... im proud of that, all those years of constructing and dropping things on me payed off

@markg i didn’t call the cops. Figure I start leaving the unpermitted gun at home

Totally understand, I don't want to shoot nobody. But, my truck is the same as my house with my family in it. You try and take my truck or anything from inside my house or harm my family. Tough shit, you chose the wrong fucking truck/house.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
Damn...this is crazy! Glad you're ok. I'd like to think this was random, but unfortunately seems pretty common nowadays. I now refer to the local news shows as the evening crime report.

Good on you for giving it back to him and protecting yours! Again, glad you're ok but you really are fortunate he did not start with a weapon in hand... could have been a whole different fight.

    I completely agree with @easleycrawler
Your vehicle is an extension of your home. Train like you fight, and vice versa. Physically threating/attempting to take my life in my home, forfeits yours.
FWIW... this is a great read, by a BA guy!

That looks good. do those pieces have a clip on the underside or did you have to pry them off?

I also painted mine but with black plastidip. Gives it a grab texture and honestly protects it from scratching so easily.
