I use charcoal or wood over the weekends when I have time, but during the week I just light up the propane grill for the quick brats, chops, chicken etc. I also have an electric grill in case I run out of propane.
We grill at least 5 times a week. I can't even imagine not being able to grill. I own 6 grills and I am looking at getting 2 more. I have a problem....

Tonight's grilling was pork chops with garlic & cheese baked potatoes, finished on the grill for a little smokiness, boiled onion finished on the grill, and corn sauteed in bacon.

So both were cooked yesterday. The pork loin isndor lunch and dinner for the next few days.

The form, shrimps, and ribeye were for dinner yesterday. That meal was by far one of the best ones I've made in a long time.

I have not used the electric smoker in a while so we decided to do smoked haddock tonight. Came out awesome. I used a mix of hickory, apple and cherry wood.

Grilled wings ( garlic herb seasoning and then coated in a spicy garlic glaze) and corn on the cob. Smoker box for a touch of smokiness. Served with seasoned curly fries.

I own 6 grills, but I don't have a pellet grill yet - I am seriously looking into those for my next grill. I need more.... :)
Everyone I talk to about them seems to really like them.

I have a handful also and my pellet grill is my favorite. My wife loves it also. I went with grilla silverback. Company is out of Michigan and semi local to our cabin.

My kids gave me a griddle plate for the grill for Father's Day. We decided to try it out - we got a sirloin, a flank steak and a couple burgers. It worked great. Kids are excited. That's what it is all about.

Made some bacon and onions on the griddle plate, then stuffed it into some sliced baked potatoes, and covered with cheese and shriracha aeoli. Grilled Salmon on the griddle with smoker box adding some apple smoke.
