Anyone have any experience with the non-LT rated 295/70/18 Terra Grappler G2s? They're about 13 lbs a corner lighter than the LT295/70/18 and get a tread wear warranty. This is the only 34" all terrain I've seen that's not LT/10-ply. Seems like they'd have a softer ride for us mall crawlers that want the look.

I've settled on these when I decide to upgrade. Probably in the next week. I see no need for 10 ply. I think tire companies are missing the boat on not making tires in a regular ply for us that don't need heavy ass 10 ply tires. The stock Michelin are 40 lbs and these nitto are 50. The lightest I could find in a 34 inch tire. Hopefully someone on here have them and can give us some advice.

Keep us posted! I'm between these and 285/70/18 Ridge Grapplers myself

I think that size is pretty new as far as making the one that's not a 10 ply. Probably not many people with them.

You think I can run this size tire on 5100’s in the middle setting?

I ordered mine last week. The wheels are on national backorder for at least 30 days. Sucks I know, so now we wait.

I saw in another thread you got these mounted up. How are the running? I have been worried about the soft floaty ride in turns with the tire being so tall.

They're a little floaty I guess. I'm also on a 3/1.5 lift so I'm taller than stock so I expected a little hit to the handling. You could always get a trd sway bar. It's not enough for me to be concerned about. I did have to a front wheel well trim and tuck. About an inches worth.

Sweet! I am actually just snooping on here I have an F150. I am 90% sure Im going with those tires and you are the first person I could find with them.

They look awesome and I love the sand color. My little brother has a tacoma off road in sand.

Any updates on this setup? I really don't want to add a heavy tire unless I have to. Made the mistake of doing stock size 275/65 Terra Grapplers on a Pro setup. Drives great, looks not so great....

So far so good. They seem to maybe be wearing a little faster than I would expect. I think I have about 12,000 miles on them and they have 10/32 tread left according to my last oil change and tire rotate at Toyota. They are wearing evenly and traction is good on all terrains and in the rain. Haven't had much snow but what we did have they performed like I would expect.
