As some of you may know the SCS F5 wheels are currently unavailable in 18x9 +25 and 5x150 lug pattern. After many request for SCS to produce this wheel for the 2nd/3rd gen Tundra, they ask me to get 25 committed buyers that are ready to put a $150 deposit down now to get these wheels made. Some details:

Colors: will be similar to what we already offer

Price: less than the Ray10($275 each)

    Deposit: $150 non refundable

    Eta: probably 3-4months

Size: 18x9 +25mm and no center caps.

Some pictures of the wheels for those that don’t know what they look like. And for color reference.

Let me know or post here if you are interested and are ready to leave a deposit. Once we get to 25, I will let SCS know and we will go from there.

Put me in but I think you should move this to group buy or wheels tires but not for sale.

Presently there seems to be a shift toward 17" wheels. SCS are way too nice for me and my rock rash allergy but I hope this works out well for everyone else.

I would of liked them in 17’s had F5 on my old 4runner loved those wheels.

I currently have the SR8 on my tundra and love them, but definitely in on this if it happens. Vin has said to me many times that the Tundra crowd are not ready for the F5. So if this happens, it might be our only chance for these wheels.

I believe all SCS wheels are hub centric so I would think these will be too. Will confirm and update once I get an answer from Vin.

    Update: Confirmed. Hub centric.

Maybe lets make a poll for 17" or 18" F5's then depending on what gets the most votes we go with that. Cause honestly Id prefer 17"

I’ve been asking Vin for these since I bought my Tundra last August. I’m in for a set of gunmetal.

17" would be great, but I'd buy a set in either 17" or 18".

Anyone have a picture of what these would look like on the Tundra?

Just got a set of new wheels too...

I’d be interested in 17” as well...

A few folks have tried to garner some interest for a 17" size in a few different threads, but the excitement never amounted to anything. The actual number of folks willing to buy 17s for their Tundra a lot smaller than what folks assume. We can't invest into a new mold just to sell 30 sets of wheels.

The reason why there are more 18" options is that the majority of Tundra owners out there are more incline to buy 18" wheels when they modify their trucks. Hence, we can move forward with this if the interest is there!

My 2014 1794 has OEM 20" wheels. It's 5 bolt, but does anyone know for certain if I can switch to the 18" 5 bolt without additional concerns. I know the 20" OEM are 5x150 lug pattern. Just uncertain if the Platinum and 1794 have over-sized brakes or something that means I have to run 20" wheels or change out more to run with 18s.

You should have no issues running 18" wheels on there. Tundra models all across the board all have the same caliper size.

The render is what sold me on the Ray 10's. This could be bad...
