Any Tundra guys in Colorado have any recommendations for trails or cool places to check out with my family? We are leaving around the 13th from Oklahoma and going to start near Ouray then work our way towards CO Springs. We will be there for about 8 days. Would like to do a little fishing with my son too if possible. (not fly fishing) I've got full Topo maps of CO so not afraid to explore. Thanks!

    Flux capacitor!
The million dollar highway is a must if your driving to Ouray. The views and scenery are amazing!

Phantom Canyon. Will get you on dirt on an easy drive with some nice scenery as well.

These are on my list to do before I leave again in the fall. These are all easy to easy moderate trails. The last one is a highway pass I think.

    Ptarmigan Pass by Camp Hail
    Hagerman Pass by Leadville
    Mt. Lincoln by Alma
    Mosquito Pass
    Lizard Head Pass by Telluride

Great Sand Dunes and while your there you can take the Medano Pass. Take Forest Road 559 to Westcliffe towards Hwy 69. I have been planning on taking this route just haven't had a chance to make it that way.

I have seen articles stating the the flow of Medano Creek is flowing pretty good with all the snow melt. So I would check on the National Park website and see if Medano Pass is doable right now.

Check out the COBDR, they may have trail ideas around where you'll be. They also have maps and waypoints that download straight to GPS apps like gaia https://ridebdr.com/cobdr/ I've got a trip planned around labour day.
