    So sorry for your loss as well. Was choking up reading all the comments here. I always wished dogs could live as long as parrots do but I think its better if they go before we do. I would hate it if God forbid I went before my boy and him being all sad and depressed all the time that he don't have his daddy anymore. I don't think dogs have a better understanding than we do. We move on eventually after our loss. I don't think they do. Again, Im really sorry.
