Swingcase with bed slide question

Hi everyone. I've got a question has anyone installed the undercover swing case boxes with the bedslide installed? I've searched everywhere and no one has anything about this mod. I have a camper shell and bedrails on 3rd gen so I know I'll have to mod a bracket of some sort onto the bedrails and sit higher than the bed. Just wondering if anyone has done this. Thanks in advance.

 

Tell me how this would set up. I have swing cases on a 15 and was worried about it fitting right with a flip cover. You have lots of room if you need to raise it higher than standard. I can tell you how much room you have exactly if you need it.
