    Pretty much everything
So there will be a lot of pics attached to this one...and I’m just gonna supply basic specs unless otherwise requested.

    The original setup
I had an 07 4Runner that originally had two pioneer 1400 watt 12” subs.
That lasted about 6 months then I upgraded to that plus 4 pioneer 2000 watt 12 subsFF911434-FF39-47A8-B255-3BB6509DA808.jpg
I was also running 3 amps with it seen below DD35156E-4B0B-409D-AA72-E0B12DAA65A7.jpgThis ends up totaled in a front end collision with a Tahoe that dashcam captures. In the end it was a 10,800 watt system running on factory alternator and an optima 35 yellow top

So the we move on to the Tundra. I originally had a little kicker piece of shit that looked like two speakers but it was actually a speaker and a weight? I don’t know that shit confuses me. It worked okay for what it was but nothing compared to what I was use to. 8749BF8E-0256-418B-BC98-BAA519CE85E5.jpg

So that last a week then I move on to two jl 13” 1200 watt slim series (unfortunately unable to find a pic on those) and for about a year that worked because I was focused on everything else. Then I got around some wood working equipment and decided it was time to upgrade. I started thinking about it and I wanted everything. I wanted to do 2 sealed, 4 ported and 4 band pass for a total of 16,000 watts.

The pics are few and far between but in order to get 4 flat with the two on the sides we had to stager themCC251280-D0A1-49AE-BC03-4ABC50C546B9.jpgWhen we had the bottom and the sides done we started on the band pass that would mount on the back 548EEB44-512C-4B35-BACE-56720C5C156D.jpgThose boxes were quite a pain to build. I had done quite a bit of research on those and found they literally have to be built to spec which is exactly what we did F4A2E725-8082-4284-B5D1-81BAC0C68D47.jpgLooked good sounded great. Literally rattles building. But with the amount of space the band pass took up and it not seeming that much louder whether they were on or off I decided to switch it up1717DB7F-487F-4005-8624-5DE17CD8743B.jpg
We did four flat across the back and we had to mount it slightly back from the rest of the setup even though I would have rather it been flush.124947B9-2B4B-4209-9714-86663A3729B9.jpgPart of the speakers are hidden by the other boxes but the cone area is not 28876512-0946-4FE0-BF0D-C1AE809917B6.jpgOnce the carpet was in you could barely tell

This setup requires 4 amps, two optima blue top 31s one under hood one in bed, one capacitor and the factory alternator

what shell do you have on? is the box enclosed to keep water out in some way or does the shell have weather stripping attaching it to the roof of the truck

Its the leer 105? Model? I think it’s got the power lock on the window. And if you look at the second to last bottom you can see the weather strip between the back window and camper

My neighbors get pissed with my 1,000 system. I think I might get arrested with this system. Impressive.

Surprisingly I have yet to be pulled over for it. I’ve had it full blast with them right behind me, nothing. They don’t even flash the lights to warn me. Of course the list of illegal mods on my truck is rather extensive

I think you need more bass.

But seriously, you're going to rattle your kid's teeth out. I guess that's one way to remove baby teeth or ear drums.

I put a duel 10" in my truck and the 26 year old friend loves it.

She has been in there for three days now

I should bring her more water.

I love seeing extreme systems, especially pics of different stages and their pros and cons. There's also the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get what you're looking a for. It is also a shitload of fun to crank "the knobs" up! Thanks for sharing.

Jesus!!! Did you regear your truck and add a super charger to be able to haul around all that weight!

    That’s an impressive setup!

I used to do comp sound systems 20 years ago boy tech sure has changed

    Pretty much everything
Honestly I was never a fan of pioneer but I got two for a decent price and for the price they are actually a rather good sub. I plan on getting two slims to replaces the jls then swap all the amps out for pioneer then the factory stuff. I always wanted an lms 18 from tc sounds but it’s just not in the budget.
