    Need to add an edit: I thought the whole point of these coolers was to be a more affordable solution to the insane yeti prices....yet these are less than $30 away from yeti prices....wtf

    I bought a "Lifetime" ice chest at Wal*Mart (I "never" go to WM in California but needed last minute propane and what-not for a camping trip; I think I got it to join the Superstition meet 'cause my best multi-day chest was pretty worn out). Thing was <$100, marked as Grizzly resistant, and whenni compare it to Yeti, it matches up.

    I did get mine as a last in stock 'close out' and I haven't been back to WM so I don't know if this is a regularly sold item, or maybe available elsewhere. But I recommend it.

    Barton Flats is great, my family camped there not too long ago and had good things to say. Within 1/2 (walking distance) from the main group, I'd suggest that for anyone who wants to join the fun. Our radios might even reach each other

    I moved from 10th and Walnut (downtown) up to Yucaipa (near Redlands) to take care of my pops and a few shoulder surgeries of my own. Years of those ramps on BMX bikes earned me busted ass shoulders

    For those of you that are looking for spots. There are a few options.

    1. Barton Flats campground. It’s about 1/2 a mile away & it’s a few dollars more. You’ll be away from the fun but you can still wheel and not have to drive home.

    2. Group osoo campground
    It’s walking distance to our campground But it’s a “group” campsite 1 fire, no privacy, tent camping & $330.00 per night 19 trucks 75 people park in lot camp in a flat spot.

    3. Group Lobo campground
    It’s walking distance to our campground But it’s a “group” campsite 1 fire, no privacy, tent camping & $330.00 per night 25 trucks 100 people park in a spot camp in a flat spot.

    4. Talk to the camp host to see if there are any cancellations.

    Options 2 & 3 are like a school camp out. The parking is not near the flat camping spots.

    #17 me and the wife (2 friends of ours will be riding up sat morning to use our secondary spot)
    Will have a propane grill, about 5lbs of meat with my “special”:devil: marinade, and half a cocktail bar so if anyone wants to hear me slur my words with a nonsense story about public showers and the space time continuum while I mix you a drink strong enough to kill a Russian bear, come find us at #17. @blktruck isnt allowed though.
