Just goes to show that everyone’s tastes are different. I have been buying Michelob Ultra and putting a little Clamato in it for red beer. I dig it but others probably think it sucks

My water comes from a 600' hole next to the house. It starts up in the finger lakes region of New York state and is pushed and squeezed and filtered a couple hundred miles before it hits my tap. That's some good water.

Water here is so damn hard you come out of the shower with bruises. Seriously don't drink the local tap water. It is hard as nails, might even chip a tooth.

    Side note
Can’t have beer with out homemade pizza and since we are having thunderstorms I was forced to use my oven and a cast iron skillet.

Used half the amount dough I make for a thicker crust.
Piled cheese on top of the crust then sauce then pepperoni then more cheese
500 degree oven for 17 minutes

    Amazing indeed
