I really like it a lot. I documented my process here:

    https://www.tundras.com/threads/optimum-tire-protection-coating.37880/

I used Shine Supply Wise Guy to clean the tires. It’s the best I’ve found. I cleaned every tire three times before I got it ready. They say to do it until your not getting any brown at all. That will vary, depending on how dirty they are.
They’ve been much easier to clean since then.

How long has it been on your tires?

First application was mid January. On the thread, I posted pics at one week, two weeks, and a month. The one week and two week pics were with the them dirty, the one month pic I had rinsed with water. I added another coat after that pic, though it wasn’t completely necessary.

I wish I had the patience to have left it completely alone throughout, so I could give a definitive answer for the longevity. At this point, I know it was still pretty good at one month. Last application was mid February, though I went over it with some CG Tire Kicker a few weeks ago. The Optimum was still effective when I did that, I just wanted to try the CG stuff. (That’s my problem. I’m never going to let anything live it’s full life before I mess with it. Sorry.)

I don’t think it will hold up as long as advertised, but nothing does in my experience. Those claims generally don’t apply to daily drivers, especially in Texas weather. It does hold up longer than anything else I’ve tried by a wide margin though. Waxaddict is probably the closest.

I'm the same way. I have three cars to maintain in our house, so I'm doing something to at least one of them frequently.

Trying to get somewhat organized. Got all my products in one bin. Empty spray bottles, clay, nanoskin, DA pads, brushes, and miscellaneous in another, and found an old cart to wheel around. I have a few products in gallon jugs that I'll just keep in the basement and use to refill smaller spray bottles. I'll have wash mitts and MF towels stored in the laundry room. 2 buckets with grit guards and powerwasher in the garage.

Laundry day. This was one load, the washer is full of mf towels now. I organized my mf towels in the linen closet divided into groups
Drying, washing, detail spray, sealant wipe on /off, Interior, exterior, wheels, tires, trim, undercarriage, glass, eventually everything gets "downgraded" and turns into a towel used inside my house for cleaning or engine bay cleaning.

Sunset wash and dry, had thunderstorms and hail on and off all day and have been dying to wash it. Used reset for the second time, love it. Used a few sprays of beadmaker to dry. It definitely needs a good clay treatment i noticed some grabby areas while drying. I will hopefully do a full decon and compound / polish in a few weeks. First time using my new griots pmf drying towel today and WOW is it amazing. Did the whole truck and only rang it out once.

Looks beautiful Sean! Those towels are far and away the best on the market. Price is also highest on the market though.

Hahaha love that gif and that movie. I think making the center cap hub black made them look much better. I may add some more black to the spokes too. They are growing on me
