Engine Click Normal?

    When idling, and the RPMs slow down, my new Tundra’s engine makes a ka-tick type noise. It’s sounds as if something is switching over. It occurs every 20-30 seconds. Is this normal? See clip below, you’ll hear the click at the end.

    AC Compressor cycling on or off? your camera is right there.

    Hard to tell what the click is but the only clicking I notice is the ac clutch but it's not every 20 to 30 seconds. Is your ac on when you notice this?

    Thats your AC pump. You have the AC on or the defrost on.

    Its normal

    Turned the AC off and sound disappeared. Thanks!!! I love this site and all the members. So helpful.
