Leather interior

Planning on getting katzins for my 2019 TRD sport.. any opinions about the standard black leather that they offer and the Tuscan ink color leather? Softness? Durability?
Has anybody bought them thru shopSAR website? Or should I buy them thru katzkins?

Yes. Those are the actual seats with the Tekstitch Diamond inserts.

 

I bought from Toby's crew on ebay, I recognize the name Touch-Ups and location, didn't realize they're on this forum.
Very satisfied with my Katzkins!

We can get it for you. Katzkin has 3 reds. The one in that kit is called Salsa. It is the most brightest red they have. The other two are cardinal and red. Cardinal is darker. Red is pretty much in the middle.

 

Man, would love to see this with white instead of red.

 

Do you work for them? Are u a seller? Have a few questions on some custom work, not looking to hijack the thread though

We are a Katzkin, Roadwire, and Alea dealer and install shop. My site is touchupsautomotive.com, but I just have the common factory match kits on there. You would have to message or email me for the custom design kits. Here is a real nice one Alea just came out with. They actually include the door panels too. It also comes in Red in place of the gray.

 

Hot damn that looks good. Any experience with how the white holds up over time? Do you have to worry about discoloration?

 

Well, when leather seats get "dirty", it's not really the leather that is dirty or discolored, it's dirt/grime, etc, resting in the graining of the leather. You can use a mild cleaner like foaming glass cleaner, mild soap and water, etc., with a semi-stiff brush that will get down in the graining to clean that out and the seats will look new again. But of course White is affected by that issue the most since it is white, as opposed to black, where you will never even notice how dirty the seats really are.

 

What about for 2 gen any pictures of those?
