Pretty soon you'll have to at least get a 250/2500 to get a V8...

More mpgs would be nice but I don’t want to give up my V8

I encountered a guy with a Ford and the Ecoboost the other week with a performance exhaust on his truck. I'm sure it's plenty fast, but man, that sound was horrible. Well, maybe just because it was coming out of a pickup truck. I suppose if it was a small sports coupe I could have stomached it.

The 2.7 is a sweet motor with the 10 speed tranny, you can have torque and get 20MPG as long as the hitch is unattached to anything.
I would have leased another one last month but the lease costs are through the roof with the tariffs so I bought the Yo Tundra.
A year ago, leased a 18 Super Crew STX 4x4 with 2.7L/10 speed for $313 a month for 24 months with 10k miles annually with no money down or trade plus reg and tax.
This year, $299 plus $3,850 down for same miles/2 years; fuggetaboutit!
