    This just happened today!

Install was straight forward. As with anything the second time/side is always easier lol. Had a moment where I called BD tech support. I’ll just say this, whoever I spoke to (forgot his name, but wasn’t going to mention it anyway and blast him) was the opposite of polite and helpful. Kinda turned me off. On the other hand, called SDHQ right after and also forgot the gentleman’s name, in which case I wish I remembered because I’d give him a big shout out. Got everything squared away and happy. Everything took maybe an hour or so thanks to the other helpful thread on here (plus SDHQ’s help).

Can’t wait to see how they look tonight! I’ll try to get more pics up soon!

They are SO bright! I can’t inagine how bright the Pros would be lol. But now I’m already thinking ahead to the next light mod. I’m really digging the amber look now, was kinda hesitant at first. So I’m looking into a BD amber hood bulge bar, or possibly some A pillar lights. Gonna be interesting to see the new LP6 and 9’s end of this month.

Does anyone have a picture showing these black led fog lights at night vs the stock 2017 fogs?

Did you ever install these lights and if so do you have pictures or feedback you could give?

My ‘19 limited came with accessory fog lights in chrome and not the oem. I changed them out for the black and they look good and shine well. A9F5E5B6-3A75-4A12-A095-6A4B0BFCA5E8.jpg253E4582-27BA-4AF4-A527-A3E46B286C39.jpg

I did the Baja designs fogs then was able to use them on the aftermarket bumper.

From what I have read, both lights are accessories made by Toyota from China and not the one made in Japan. I have nothing to compare to but, it looked pretty good to me when driving around. A lot better than halogens.

Oh i gotcha you went from chrome to black accessory lights. I thought maybe the new lights were the Japan LEDs.
The black definitely look better. Nice job

I just got some cheap fog lights off Amazon.
Was kinda odd cause my truck didnt come with fogs so i was actually shopping for the plastic insert instead. Damn thing just wasnt there the other morning.

While looking for a replacement i noticed the fog light kits, and quite a few were basically the same price as a pair of just the covers.

I only needed one cover, but after thinking about it it, it was really a matter of me needing only on fog light. Cause i was definitely buying a light or cover, so yeah, i was missing one fog light.

I used Lasfits. They great. Our fogs are adjustable and I would say free floating. When you put the bulbs in tighten up the housing with some zip ties. You don't notice the movement with the stock bulbs but will with the LEDs.

Here are some pictures after installation, fog lights have a clean line and looks awesome, matched the led black headlights better then the expensive ones , not sure why anyone would pay 350 while these are 113

Diode Dynamics SS3 along side oem led. The DD blow the oems away in every aspect of a fog light, as expected.

They are nice , I just wanted to keep it OEM look , I am happy with the one I got especially for the price I paid , I would never pay the 350 for the other pair .

The only bummer is that I broke the liner extension seal 53882-0C050 and 53883-0C040, had to order it before I can put the liner back , I tried every way possible to remove it without breaking it with no luck

Understand on the price. But the fit and finish is very oem”ish haha.

It is this little plastic thing that holds the liner to the bumper , it used to be pins in older model , I guess they changed it in 2019 to hold the liner to the bumper , that damn thing broke easily on both sides :(
