Popped a vulture at 60MPH. Needless to say not in a good frame of mind right now.

A vulture? Ick. You're lucky it didn't puke everywhere. My bf's buddy had a vulture throw up on the hood of his truck and it ate through the paint.

Quick waterless wash to get all the freaking pollen off. Also touched the engine bay for the first time since I've owned the truck I think.

Haha wtf, that’s gotta be the most random car damage story I’ve heard. I hit a pregnant deer in college in my Jeep, that was pretty bad. But a vulture puking on your hood...o_O

Thanks Holden. I like the color too, I kinda wanted a little more gold/bronze tint but I'm getting used to this. I'm not a flashy type of guy so this color does suit me better than a lighter bronze I think.

Looks great. I really like the looks of the bedrugs. Pretty useful too. Some day if I can score a deal I'd like one for my truck.
They can be hosed off right? I have a tonneau that keeps things 99% dry under there but for cleaning it would be nice to sweep it and rinse it out

I like that it's a little more subdued. Some of those real bright bronze colors can get obnoxious!

Bronze and blue look great IMO. I'm pretty happy with this slight bronze, looks kinda grayish most of the time but there is some nice flake in there that shines in the light.
I'm still working on finding a detailing product to use over the dip. So far I have tried optiseal, beadmaker, and waxaddict. None have impressed me too much. Waxaddict seems like the best thus far. The glossifier leaves kind of a tacky feel behind but I like the extra gloss. The waxaddict definitely makes the wheels slick and should help with cleaning. I will try hydro2 and or reload soon and see how that does.

Added some matte black decals to the tailgate and got my center console tray in. Oh, and a bottle of touch up paint for when the inevitable happens.

I know it's pretty shitty. The safety features are nice but I'll keep my 2015 for a while at this point

This might be the best mod yet. I hate coffee but get it for my wife every morning coming back from the gym. I usually just hold it so it won’t spill. Doing this tomorrow!

Yes these are pretty flat. Id say they're about 2 milimeters thick, and that includes the adhesive as well.

Got my tinted tail lights today from smoked out tail lights and I couldn't be happier so far. I requested a light shade, as opposed to his med and dark that are his standards, and these things are perfect...guy does legit work. I'll get them installed this weekend hopefully.
