I had another shell in mind until I saw this - but I think your truck makes it look even better. IMO the best looking truck here, right color and everything comes together perfectly - bad ass!
I was looking at the ARE over land shell.
Is that a sky light cab side?

I wonder if there is an option for a smaller rear door so you can keep the tailgate...
[Edit] - Yes, they have this option and a few others - getting a quote on this and the overland series.

It is. Really helps with visibility inside during the day considering the toolboxes and solid side doors.

I'm not a huge social media guy, but when I sold my older Tundra and some recent parts, Facebook Marketplace had a lot more movement and traffic than anything I listed on Craigslist. I was looking for shells too and found quite a few on FB that were already color matched. But it wasn't exactly what I wanted for setup so I purchased a newer one and it hurt$.

I wouldn’t have minded driving from SoCal to Denver to pick up those craigslist finds- wonder how much a re spray will cost for my white truck.
Just can’t find anything here in SoCal.

I have snug top and I fit any garage 6'7" with about 1 1/2 inch room

Have you considered a Soft Topper?

I love mine. I will NOT be going back to a rigid cap.

Brand new is $750ish. They fit other trucks as well.

I did, but was really wanting something more permanent and secure.

Being that this is my first Tundra and it’s a 2019 model, I’m afraid that I'm not going to be much help. Except that I currently have a rough country trifold that I was told by them would also fit a Chevy and dodge. But really don’t know about the caps.

I have had them all. From roll up to fold up to camper shell. ARE was my fav. Z series. Frameless windows.

Best of luck with your decision!

If you don't mind me asking, what is the measurement from the bed of the truck to the top of the opening for the shell?

A little bit of flat black paint in those corners will make you instantly forget about what you perceive as a mismatch.
