Ok here goes. I have a 2015 tundra. I recently put 6inch suspension lift “rough country”. I have 18 inch rims 285/65 tire. I think a +24 offset I’m not sure on how the offset works, I ordered the rims to stick out 1 inch past factory, so my question is can I run 37 with this set up, do I need a different offset or just up grade to 35 the kit said I can run 35/12.50, but I would love to put 37. But I believe my outside cab mount may be an issue where it is mounted solid to the frame at fender wale

I cant answer the offset/clearing question, but you'll want to regear for 37's and some do for 35's.

You can, you're offset is perfect. Lots are running that on 3" lift. Regearing isn't needed right away. It's your preference. Many running 37s without rehearing. Some have plans for it.

Should be fine. If you have to trim a little nbd. Chop the body mount and push the front bumper forward with spacers

Read through this. It's gotten a bit long, but most guys who posted in there, myself included, are lifted 3" or less up front. In short, it can be done, the amount of trimming that is required will depend on primarily wheel offset and tire width.

Wheel offset isn't complicated. Basically, it is the measurement in millimeters between the inside/outside center of the wheel and the surface that mounts up to the rotor. If that surface is closer to the outside of the wheel than the inside, your offset is positive, and your wheel will stick out less. Negative offset means that surface is closer to the inside rim of the wheel and your wheel will stick out more.

Regearing is not necessary, but probably advisable on a 3rd gen. From what I understand, the throttle is a bit less sensitive than 2nd gens like mine. I personally like the smoother acceleration with 37s and 4.30 gears.
