more than I can list here
    I’m down to help;)

You’ve already taken my first suggestion about the 12mm

You sure you want something with an H pipe? An X pipe scavenges better, has better low end torque, and sounds better.

If you’re already committed all good:)

How loud are you lookin to be? And how much drone can you tolerate?

jack up the truck and take the wheels off
disconnect and remove any wires / brackets from the shock towers to get room
unclip the fuel lines from their brackets as well on the drivers side
if you could take the upper control arms off as well, that would help getting to the head studs
get every length 12mm wrench and socket you can find as well as multiple swivels and extensions
I had to remove the starter shield to slide the passenger side header into place, but didn't have to hammer the firewall like others have

Just installed my ARH headers. Drivers side was a beast. you are definitely going to want a 12 mm ratcheting box wrench. The 2 lower/middle studs on the driver side are no fun to get to. I also had a time getting the driver side header in there that i did not experience with teh JBA. But these take up a slightly larger envelope and mine is 4x4. I kept getting hung up on the differential flange. You may need to twist/rotate that side as you go in so it can clear.

Wouldn't long tubes, followed by a 2 into 1 y-pipe, followed by a single performance muffler, followed by a tail-pipe using all mandrel bent pipe no larger than 3" make the most power?

mid pipes are unequal length so you need an x pipe to balance out the pulses

Unequal length mid-pipes is okay - won't hurt a thing, and the 2 to 1 Y pipe blends & balances the exhaust pulses.

I got $70 for the two front cats from my Tacoma. You have to find a catalytic converter recycler. Usually they are the same places that do metal recycling.

Search online to find local recyclers.

$40 sounds like a non-recycler middleman may have taken a little off the top.

Those headers are very pretty! I'm really trying hard to find some HP numbers on them. Why is this such a secret??? Its a lot of money to spend on a performance part when the performance numbers are not known...

Love it. Best sound in the world. I tell people when you’re 20 any sound is good sound, but when you’re 40 not any sound is good sound. This is quality sound. It’s quiet in the cab, on the highway while cruising, but when you get on it you know it’s there and so does everyone else. Zero drone. Insane how there’s no drone. Quality is ultra high: the bends have no wrinkles, the welds are gorgeous, and the flange and header surfaces are milled perfectly. Completely worth it imo. Again, many don’t think any exhaust is worth this much but you get what you pay for.

If I am reading this correctly, the biggest gain for your money is the low cost DAP tune.

Circling back to the scrap question, I got $90/cat from a local buyer here in houston. So yeah, theres potentially $360 scrap value waiting at the end of this install.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
    Any vids/ sound clips.
Super interested in these headers... Been eye'n these for several months.

I'm curious how this set up would compare with the OV tune to the DAP tune?

Here’s one from another guy who has the same setup. His GoPro is way better than what I’ve got. I took some audio but it wasn’t good so I’ll try again.
