Believe these are direct replacement for existing lights in the door. Pop out the old ones, unplug, plug into new ones.
Not all Tundras have the lights in the doors.

I bet they all have wiring in the doors for the lights. Do they make different wire harnesses for different options? Or do they just add the end devices for options? I’ve always wondered that.

In 2010 Toyota stopped putting those lights, and the necessary wiring that was needed for them, in the trucks. They were replaced with a simple red reflector.

My 2010 CM RW has door courtesy lights factory installed. These were direct plug and play replacements. Believe me, if it isn't "Plug and Play",,, I don't Play with it. I'm many things, an electrician I am not. :)

I wonder if we're thinking of the same lights. They're at the bottom rear of the door. I know that my '11 SR5 doesn't have them...

Are you getting a lot more ground clearance mounting the sway bar that way to the axle?
