MBRP has a good name, and their systems are high quality. Anyone tried:
    S5316AL?

I have the single exit too and love the sound.
The quality of materials is 'eh' but for the price I'm not complaining!

    Quality is questionable? How so?

The clamps they send are downright terrible, and dont quite clamp down on the pipe enough to keep it from leaking in places. The length of the whole system is a touch too long, and all the rubber hangers are stretched out just to get it to fit. Granted I got one of their 'installer series' exhausts which arent as high end as their other systems.

Does that resonator give off any heat? I was thinking of going the aftermarket route, but the stock system has so much torque as it is, I don't necessarily see the appeal in adding a perpendicular piece of pipe that close to those wires and the transfer case

I thought my friends MBRP dual exhaust was too loud. So did the cop.

Anything that dumps under the truck is very likely to drone. Exhaust should exit the truck entirely to best avoid drone.

That resonator won't pose a hazard to the wires, brake lines, case or spare. It will radiate a little heat but if anything less heat than the rest of the exhaust since nothing is flowing through it. Does look pretty heavy though, I would consider adding a hanger. Looks strongly built.

I would go with Dirty Deeds rather than that kit. His stuff has way more real test and development time than anything else. He's been making Tundras sound good for at least ten years. :hattip:

Currently running S5314409. Sounds real good MOST of the time. Definite drone at 2000 rpm, highway cruising speed. Looking into resonator options now. Lyell's Stainless , not too far from me, has a good selection. MBRP said they couldn't help.
